Help help getting stuff back SD card

is their anyway of getting things back on ur Sd card,
what happened is my nephew had my phone and most likely went onto settings... security... install from SD card.

anyway of getting my apps back, some of my apps which were on my SD card like tasker, other apps still appear, but most don't appear

You'd need to get some sort of recovery software to run on a PC to try and recover the data

there's another thing my phone won't even recognise the SD card and tried restarting it, even put it into friend phone still didn't recognise it,

but like I said there are a few apps which which used to be on SD card before it happened, my phone still reads them

if I need.to format my SD card can I format it from phone? carnt if so carnt find it,

weirdness thing happened, all for a sudden It works and all my previous app work fine?, all day long I was removing it and put it other friends phone, but theirs never pick up my SD card

Ur probably right just happened 2 me again this morning, but phone ain't reading it at all, tried giving the sd card to a repair shop and test it on other phones - couldn't read It.
Forgot to ask the repair guy to test it on a p.c, going to have to do this hopefully SD card just needs.a.format.
Because I bought it from eBAY so thought It was.a fake but it carnt be as I've transferred videos recorded in 1080p up to 50 mins long to my p.c and took 6mins. so the read and write speed is there for a class 10
