Help, gone back to stock but stuck in bootloop

Hi I decided to root and did so but after a few days on ronulation i decided to try out lightening rom, well after 6 hours of mainly standby my phone ate 60% of battery so decided that when I got home I would go back to romulation, so as I wasn't sure how to get back to romulation and my backup in recovery mode not working I found that you can go back to stock by flashing the original firmware, so I did this but now when the phone boots up I get stuck in the boot loop.

How do I get out of this and back to been able to use the phone again,

Thanks

If none of your CWM backups work, then try to download a different version of the firmware to the one that has given you the bootloop. there is a problem with the one you are trying to flash, so try the version before or after the one your attempting in odin. if this fails, try doing a full wipe in via cwm before flashing (providing you still have cwm recovery of course)

I got bootloops on KG5.
Installing KH3 (Android 2.3.4) rectified it for me.
As KI3 is starting to roll out (which has Android 2.3.5) I would be tempted to just go for this one.

does a full wipe wipe everything from your phone, apps / numbers / text etc?? if I can get away without losing everything I would prefer it. I did a backup via CWM but when I tried to backup using recovery mode it said it can't be done, I'll try KH3 first.

Thanks again.

Try installing KH3 or KI3 first without wiping and see what happens.

You will lose everything on a full wipe, but if you store everything centrally on your google account (contacts, calendar) then rebuilding back up to speed is a doddle. You even get the option to restore all your google apps if you want.

Got another problem now!!
I can't get superOneClickv2.1.1 to root it gets to step 6 then just goes into not responding, I have updated Kies and it is not open so drivers should be ok, Is there any other way to root?
