Help guys!!!!

If I load a video, it plays the first 5 seconds then stops. The green bar moves a little forward than it starts up again. Why is it loading slow but it playing fast? Please help!!!

internet. If i download it, it plays with no problem. But if i go to youtube or any other site like it, it starts doing it again

How is your connection? Is the HD option on? I know that if I am in a slow coverage area and try to play a youtube video with the HD option on it will take forever to buffer.

we've been having a problem with anything on the internet since the upgrade.....pages load slow and then force stop all the time.....may have to resort to a factory reset although i'm really scared to do that but it might be our last resort
