i tried swapping the memory and it just never turn back on now computer reconigzes the phone as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 i need the correct files to flash them using qpst program but i dont know how to create those files that is the HEX and MBN if anybody wants to help me fixing this pls

download this and place it in your fastboot folder
fastboot erase cache
fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash zip 4.1.2_K2_CL_America_rom.zip
if any errors run again
fastboot flash zip 4.1.2_K2_CL_America_rom.zip
Then
fastboot reboot
But the phones doesnt turn on at all not even adb reconigze the phone only qpst

you mean you can't get into fastboot?.....

unplug it from power source. pull the battery, put the battery back in,, hold volume- then press power button
yes i tried that already as far as iknow its hard bricked my only hope to fix it is using qpst program but with the correct files

k, I've never used qpst, so I'm no help.....
the program ask for the phone img and the boot img but it has to be on hex format and idont know how to build em ;( thanks for tryin tho

in the download I linked they are in img format already....boot.img recovery.img and system.img
well i need those files in hex and mbn format for example boot.hex

send me a link to where your getting your info perhaps I can convert then for you
But its the qpst program that ask for it so it can be write to the phone because the factory image its a .qnc format like boot.qnc

hmm...interesting... after replacing screen and glass on a one sv i bought for cheap and replacing main ribbon cable because of damage...
i also had the qhsusb dload issue going on... then i found drivers and it shows up same as yours...
my only problem is i haven't used qpst in so long...what all did you do to get yours to recognise device and such

idk i just opened qpst and i pushed add new port and my phone was showing up
