My little brother fsactory reset his phone when it was rooted.

So i followed the intructions in the forums
I downloaded:
xionia_cwma-12518.4.zip
xionia_cwma-12518.6.zip(didnt know which would work)
optimusV_stock_nandroid_and_recovery.zip
flash_image.zip

Im using CWM -based recovery v4.0.1.5

Iwent to install zip from sdcard and selected xionia
The zip file opens and begins to install but then says installation aborted.
This happens with .4 and.6

I don't know what im doing wrong as this is the only thing I've done.
I need a simple way to get out of this recovery loop.

Try using cannibal recovery. I heard it has a boot loop fix. So here. Scroll down to the instructions and follow them closely. I would flash backside, not stock rom and recovery. that stock rom/recovery might be unrooted.

Oh, and make sure you're wiping everything when you go to flash. I think not wiping properly can cause bootloops after factory resetting.
