Root [HELP] How do I enter PHONE UTILITY MENU?

[CooLoser]

How do i enter the "Phone Utility" menu on the prevail. I can do it on my ns4g by doing *#*#8778#*#* but I want to know how to enter it on the prevail. The phone utility menu is where you can change the usb selection from PDA to MODEM

Can anyone post the dial up code?
