I want to make adw laucher ex my default home in this rom im creating?
and delete the default home, so if i post the rom, adw laucher ex is the only home.

Just put the awd apk into /system/app/ and rename it to Launcher2.apk

Those are held in the SystemUI.apk. go to UOTkitchen, upload the stuff, and you can do it pretty quickly

how would i put my rom in a .zip? i been doing everything to it on my phone

Uotkitchen is a website that allows you to upload your phones thening files, edit them, then download the edited versions and put them in your phone. Just Google uotkitchen and it will pop right up

how would i put my rom in a .zip? i been doing everything to it on my phone

It would be much, much easier to do it on a computer. The rom comes in a .zip form, you download the zip, make the changes to it while it is in zip form, then you flash it.

Why are you renaming the launcher?
All I did was set to default, cleared the defaults on the stock one and then deleted the stock launcher. At that point I could either integrate it into ROM or just leave it where it was.
