Hi I Find The Solution Final after 15 days whit no Phone
FIX: “The Application HTC Sense (process com.htc.launcher) has stopped unexpectedly”
The Solution
1.Turn Off you Phone
2.Hold power and Volume Down
3.Go to Factory Reset
4.Restar the Phone
5.After I do the factory reset I'm synching my email accounts and facebook.
6. but when i try to do this my phone cant access to my data plan so then i setup my wifi conection
7. and bingo the problem is fixed.

note: you can setup your wifi conection when u synching your email account.
I'm somewhat peeved, as it'll take me hours to get my phone set up again, but I'm happy it's alive again!
