Root Help i bricked my lg optimus v by factory reset

I rooted my phone with gingerbreak and it worked.I tried to put clockwork recovery on it and didn't really know how to.So I download Rom Manager and tried doing it there but didn't work.So I Factory Reset and now I cant go past the LG screen and can't go into recovery mode, just black screen.I can go into emergency mode though.Help PLEASE

I tried both.They both didn't work,I have tried many times and get the same thing

Yeah I did them both in E mode.I guess my phone can't be recovered.I don't know what else to do.

Look at the 3rd and 4th sticky. Read every post in the AAA sticky.
Go here: Unbricking your Optimus V
This is a last resort and could leave you with no 3G. Phone,txt (no picture txt), and WiFi will work.
Toward the bottom of the post in the AAA sticky there is some hope of regaining the all important AAA code, but not tested or proven to work 100%.

Try again, it will work. Follow eveything to the letter. Read,read,read then try again.
I had a stone cold brick for over a year. The tutorial I linked to you work on it.
