I have it charging and the only thing that it does is flash non stop the LG logo. I cannot get it to reboot either. Has anyone ever had this issue?

Pull the battery, then re-insert the battery. Hold down the Home+Volume down, then power button (all at the same time) once you see the recovery menu you can let go. Plug your charger in. Let it charge for a half an hour. Then select reboot system and continue charging.
