Help HELP!!! I cannot make a call

I can't even call 611. Every time I try to call, I get a message that call has been lost. I've received a text or two, but cannot call. Could any settings be jacked up? I need someone to help.

Did you do something previous to your phone before you noticed this? Like for example, rooting your phone? Or maybe an app you recently installed?

I had the same problem recently and I noticed it happened after I used Titanium Backup Pro to "freeze" a few things on my phone that I could no longer make/receive calls but I could receive/make text messages. I just unfroze that app and everything was fine.

Reset your phone and see if that works. If not delete the last know app you installed. If all fails factory reset but back up.

It came back on after the third battery pull. I think it was coincidence. I swear Verizon service must've been out. I've had bad reception all month.
