Help Help!! I can't access 3G?

So I bought an LG Optimus L9 from eBay (brand new) almost a week ago, and since then, I haven't been able to access 3G from my phone!
It's an LG-P768, and my sim is Iinet. Data worked fine on my other phone, so I don't understand what's wrong with this.

Help would be appreciated SO very much!! Thanks

Yeah, mine shows up as 2g but when I step outside I get great 4g. Weird, how i cant get 3g

There is no 3G. There is only hspa+, which is labeled as 4G on this phone, and edge, which is 2G.
