Help. I can't install games

Have you tried checking your storage capacity?
phone, that is where apps are initially installed. if you do not have enough room on your device then the app will not be installed. you can try and move some apps to your sd card and see if that free's up any room.

Like what the moderator said, the phone storage capacity. I've encountered the same problem with my phone and my iPad. Perhaps, that's causing your problem to install games too. You may clean up your files using CleanMaster or other apps that will help you remove temporary and junk files. You may also remove unwanted and unused apps.
I asked if you have checked your storage capacity because it was not mentioned in your initial post. If I would assume what the problem is, the first thing in my mind is storage availability.

I have meet the same issue with you. And I have clear files as you said, even removed many image and video files also.
The problem has been solved. Tks so much.

Setting option.
- then select “manage applications” ,
- scroll down to,
- “Checkin Service” then select “clear data” “Download Manager” then select “clear data” “Google Apps” then “clear data” “Google Talk Service” then select “clear data” “Market” then select “clear cache” and “remove updates”
- switch off your phone and switch it back on
- login Market and download again.
