Root HELP! I installed a kernel and I don't know how to reboot??

Ok, so I installed a kernel, everything went perfectly but now I'm in this menu, the options are:

-apply sd card update.zip
-choose zip from sd card
-toggle signature verification
toggle script asserts

I pressed the up button like the person on the video said to. It says- back menu button enabled.
(I continue hitting it says back menu button disabled, then I keep hitting and it says back menu button enabled.)

There is no back option on the menu? Please help

hit the power button to go back in clockwork. Trackball selects.
Or can just pull the battery.

Thank you. I also found out that I could just press install update from sd, and at the bottom of the list there is a go back button.
