Did you make a nandroid backup before you flashed the kernel?

If you did, I'd restore that nandroid. Your phone obviously doesn't like something about the kernel you flashed.

Just to get an idea of where you are at, lets get a little more info:

Whats your Current rom?
What kernel did you try to flash?

Pull your battery, put it back in, hold down the volume and power buttons until you get to hboot. Select recovery, does it boot loop here?

If it doesn't we can fix you pretty easy. If not, we'll have to use a little more difficult method.

In the mean time down load netarchy 4.3.1 nohavs nosbc kernel and put it on your sd.

Did you make a nandroid backup? If not, you need to start making these before you make any changes.

Its funny how when we all get caught in these loops, our recovery becomes our bff lol
Easy fixins as in Mr. Eds words lol

No i didnt back up my OS, i was totally amazed that I rooted it. Then of course i started adding apps and playing. I wanted to over clock, Wi-Fi, and
get rid of those stupid sprint built in apps. As of yesterday my phone now wont even turn on, I tried holding down on volume button and hitting start button no luck... could i of fried my processor???

Unlikely. Does it take a charge? Does the charge led come on while its plugged in and off? Are you holding volume down and then while still HOLDING volume DOWN press and HOLD power till it does something, probably like 5-10 seconds...

No when i plug into charger no red light. Yes i hold down on the lower volume and press the start button on top... nothing happens??????????????

Are you plugged into the computer or the wall plug? Try the wall if you're plugged into the computer.
If not do you have an external battery charger?
Check your cord, and wiggle the end while plugged into the phone.
Do you know anyone with an evo that can charge your battery for you?
Take the battery out of the phone completely then put it back in and try charging it again.

Very weird. I've never heard of this happening before. I strongly don't believe anything you flashed is causing this issue. I'm going to do a little searching, I'll see if this ever came up before.

Your Battery is most Likely dead. That's all....your phone does not charge in hboot. And sense you are in a bootloop it has not been able to charge nomatter where u plug it into

Its come up before, we suggested someone charge his battery or use an external or use their battery. Leave it on charge for a while, light or not, when you KILL our battery it tends to do this, I have seen it at least 3 times.

Yup, I just did a search and read a few threads where peeps evo's went dead while in Hboot or fast boot and it wouldn't charge. I never saw it before though. I was convinced he was having hardware issues, I was wrong. :o
External charger or another evo to charge the battery is pretty much the only option here. :(
