Root Help, I think!

I was trying to get Links2SD to work, so I had created a secondary partition with Minitool, tried both Fat32 & ext2, neither worked... Then I tried using CWMold recovery to make a partition, and then things started getting weird.

Then, I actually bricked my phone TWICE in just one day... not sure how exactly.... but i'm up and running again, with a weird phenomenon.

Namely, now it seems like the OS understands that there are two different areas of a memory, an internal card, which the system owns, and an external card, which I can remove at all. See? This is how ES Explorer shows the two drives:

How bad is this? It seems kinda cool, actually, but I was surprised it didn't go away after I installed system f clean using the KDZ, not once but twice!

The other issue is that I can't seem to get AOKPDUv1.1_baseless_aroma to flash on top of cm-10.0.0.l0.BobZhome.05212013 + gapps... I keep getting an error that the file was damaged or some such stuff... Is it the original file in the cloudl that's the issue?

i don't think it's the file because no one else has reported that issue with aokpduv1.1 try redownloading it.

I noticed that the MD5 hash didn't match either, even though the file size I downloaded is exactly the same as what's posted on the link.

The hash of the file I got was this:
36A6F49CF66E634A78E2FC9253FBB5D1

Just downloaded again and got the right MD5... most def. the other file was wonky.
