Help HELP, I want my microphone AND skype.

I am loving skype and getting faster. But I love the ability to talk to text with the native key key board. Any way to have both worlds with out having to change input method?

It is swype, and no I do not think there is an easier way unless the native app has built that functionality into their program like Handcent does.
