Hello all i really need help with my DHD. I had the phone for just 3 months then this happend. All of the sounds were gone. No ringtone, no music, no sound in videos, etc. I did a factory reset 2 times already and still no sound. Would really really appreciate anyone who can help me with this. Thank you very much.

Does the sound work via headphones?
You haven't inadvertently activated the silent profile have you?
Menu -> Settings -> Personalise
Although if you've factory reset and it's still the same, I'd say you've got a hardware problem.
