Root [Help]just attempted latest firmware update.

I just tried to update to the latest firmware. 4.3.XX. it went fine, my radios updated and I can connect to the network again. But my device says it's still android 4.0.3.did I screw up Royally or did I misread the mikmik thread?

OK, reflashed with firmware+twrp2.7.0.0b and I was able to update tarp and attempt to flash the stock rooted rom. It gave an error about not being able to install the cache but see!s to have booted fine.

:UPDATE: successfully updated to 4.3. something seems to have gone awry with the radios though. I'm no longer connecting to 3/4g or any data networks other than WiFi. If this is a known issue I would appreciate being pointed in the direction of the fix.

Ok, have you tried to update the PRL, and the Profile? Settings / Updates / Update PRL, Update Profile.

Update those, see if it works. If not we'll go from there.

When you try the updates, make sure you have a WiFi connection.

If it fails again, we'll do a ##SCRTN# reset.

He did that when he was still on his LTEvo, and I've also done it on mine when I activated it for my father in law.

If this doesn't work, we'll move on from there.

Don't know why I didn't try that before. I must be loosing my edge as a root user. Thanks, worked like a charm.
