Root HELP!!!! Locked Out!

I am in dire need for some help here. I installed an app called Lost Phone on my Evo which remotely locks my phone in case of loss/theft by sms. I (like a true idiot) did not set a friend to receive my password in case I forgot it. And yes, I forgot it. Now I cannot get back into my phone. I googled for a safe mode that would allow me to uninstall the app but the only thing I came up with (holding down the menu key while booting) does not put it into safe mode.

If it makes a difference I am rooted with unrevoked......

Can you get into your recovery screen? If so , hopefully since your rooted, you have a nandroid back up. restore your back up that dont have the app on it. If you don't have a back up then just clear data. But you will have to load your apps from scratch.
