Every time I restart or power on reboot anything all app that are on SD lose the icon the app is still there but no icon so every time I restart I have to redo all of my apps so freakin annoying!

if your using a sense rom, just go into the personalize menu and switch your HTC Sense to something else and apply it then go back into personalize and switch it back to the one you were using....all the icons should re-appear..

What's the cause of it tho? Cuz I have flashed a few other kernels and had the same issue

honestly i dont have the slightest lol....its gotta be something to do with how its stored on the sd card....i know a lot of people have the same issue so its not just your setup....i've had it happen on almost every sense rom i've tried and its only the market apps that i downloaded that do it....i just know its a simple fix by switching the HTC Sense....
