help me app data gone

Well I accidentally pressed hot reboot in quick boot gateway and now whenever I press most of my games, it force closes after lagging for 2 sec. It's,like some data has been erased from my phone. Are there any method to restore them or I can only factory reset the phone and download them one by one . I'm Rooted btw
