Help Help me get swype ...

Okay, so I downloaded the zip file, it seems to be on my SD card, from what I can see on Astro, I checked the box by Swype, but it isn't working when I go to type a text message. What am I doing wrong? Will some brilliant android pal give me some guidance, pretty please with a cherry on top???

open a txt msg >>>hold down on the input box >>> a msg box will pop up >>>choose input method>>>select swype

thats assuming you actually installed it. to check ...menu>>>settings>>>applications>>>manage applications...look for it, it should be there

Plus go into setting>>>language and keyboards>>>>click swype
