HELP ME......LOL email issues

This is my second Motorola Droid phone and when I try to open my Aol email account it freezes up and wants to force close looks like email stuck in there but I can't delete it from previous phone cause when I go on my laptop those emails don't exist anymore.. I can't use the email at al
