I dont have a damn clue wth is going on but I cant recieve any txt messages??????

I can access the internet, and other stuff and it says connected to network.... lemme stop there...."SMS Error Radio Interface Resource Shortage (details code:64, Error class:2)" is what i just when i tried sending one. but the person recieved it!!! wtf is going on???

I can sen but not receive!! wtf.... i keep getting that error code.

I just downloaded launcher pro and home switcher and started using them and adw launcher. Could nay of these apps do something to my messaging?

Please help me....
 
Resetting? You mean restarting/rebooting? or something different? if so then yes i have. and nothing. several time at that.

I dont wanna waste my time if all im going to get is, we are sorry for your inconvience, please restart your phone, update this...update that.... would u like to exchange the phone even tho is on back order.... etc....
 
Hard reset.menu/settings/privacy/factory data reset.it's going to delete everything so be sure to back up everything first.

I didn't want to do that only as a last resort. It doesn't make any sense that every mother f'in thing is working and that shit isnt working......

Oh yea, and if that doesn't work then I guess calling sprint is your Last last resort.

Well first tip... Don't be short or angry with them and they will get a lot more done for you. Be patient and they will get you fixed probably.
