I Need help my phone has a slow start 10 minuts and when it powers up it says sorry! Process system not responding force close wait and then restarts what can i do ???

Try taking out your SD card prior to boot if that dont work get a new sim card.

Also you must uncheck back up my data in the privacy menu in settings before the reset or the corrupted files may be restored.

Settings>privacy>back up my data & settings>uncheck back up my data

Next:
Perform factory data reset.

If you can't access setting menu pull the sd card out and then do a reset with the hard keys. The back up data is saved to the sd card.

i did the reset but i couldnot use the phone cuz it's shutting down on its own
