Help me!!!! Please!!!!!

Ok so got my phone rooted with z4root it installed cwm 3.5.0.1 or close to that and it worked well the phone got the 2.2 froyo update via wireless on accident and root was gone superuser app and all that was still there I tried to delete it would not work so I rooted using adb and it worked but stock rom (cool) but I wanted supernova rom (which also came with a cwm as well but it was 2.5.1) so I downloaded the link and .zip file and did the back up proceedure and went on to delete and wipe and flash supernova and now everytime I turn on phone it goes to cwm 2.5.1 and when I try to install the rom it says successful reboot when I reboot ill either go back into cwm 2.5.1 (which is green) or load up cwm 3.5.0.1 and ill do it there as well and it says reboot it will choose another cwm to open I tried recovery and resore and there's no luck how do I return my phone back to making calls and surfing the web status agan and if possible how to put supernova rom on my phone THANKS ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED I'M HAVING A HEAD ACHE BECAUSE OF THIS

You need to odin to stock. You can find the info in the all things root section, there is a sticky there about rooting. It will have everything you need. Then i would suggest you odin the latest cwm 3.1.0.1 and then try flashing your rom. I would link you but i am on my phone right now. And i would also stay away from z4 root and rom manager for the time being as they have some issues with our phone. Hope this helps.
