Root Help me PLEASE

ok so today i rooted my esteem ....all went well....now i need the app that lets you delete the normal apps from metro and all the other things that i need where the F*&% do i get these app/programs from

You can use ROM Toolbox, its free from the market. Just download and open the app and select the Root Browser option then select the system folder then the app folder. Select the app and select edit and then delete . Or you can use Root Explorer a paid app from the Market which I use. Just navigate to the system folder then select the app folder and tap R/W in the top right hand corner and long press the app and select delete.

You have a few options. One of our members has an app on the Market called Esteem Optimizer, which will remove the Metro Bloat. It's a paid app but worth it imo.


Option two would be to dl one of the roms that are here on the forim as they are "debloated"

ok gentlemen one more thing..... how can i change the loading screen... please point me into the easiest safest dirrection t/y sry for all the dumb questions just dont wanna mess up my new phone t/y guys:D
 
The loading screen? Are you talking about the animation when you turn the phone on?

That's the boot animation and it can be found in the system folder in a folder called media. Its zip file named bootanimation and you can just use any bootanimation thats 480x800 in size. There's millions all over the web. The sound file aka the annoying Metropcs hello hello hello sound is located in the system folder in a folder called sounds in a folder called power. Its an mp3 and you can replace it with your own mp3 just make sure you rename the mp3 to MetroPCS_PowerOn.mp3 or else it won't work.

You forgot about Titanium Backup, another excellent app for removing bloat.
