Help Help me please

Why does my HTC Inspire 4G keep rebooting itself every 5 minutes and when i get it to turn on (sometimes it wont) it will say that every app i try to go to is unavailable. When it does turn on and its not frozen* the keyboard continuously will not show up/display to where i cant type anything on the internet nor text. just NOTHING. Its really starting to piss me off and i dont know why it all of the sudden is acting like this all the time. i recently downloaded the temple run game that is keeping count untill it comes out for android and i think i may have gotten a virus.. but how do i get rid of it? also i went to at&t two days ago to get this all fixed and they thought i had a virus but when they checked the apps there wasnt one, it was a battery problem. They changed the battery but it seems like im having even more problems now (with the keyboard not displaying and the freezing and continuously not having service) also when i got my phone back from at&t with the new battery none of my stuff was erased or anything, but this morning when i tried ONCE AGAIN to turn on my phone all of my messages, contacts, wallpapers, ect. were gone. I dont know what to do and i really need my phone. HELPPP!

hello sorry about the phone issues i will share some ideas to help you i had a Droid before Droid OG and it sucked bad always slow and wouldn't load webpages or make calls so laggy and slow. i was not rooted or running 3rd party apps the phone was poorly made and would not stand the test of time. So i am saying i think you have a lemon, you could factory reset the phone att will probably tell you that anyways. you could try to root the phone and flash a custom rom but my opinion is you need another phone.

Very honestly I don't recommend trying to replace this phone until it is an absolute last resort. You will get a refurb device if you do this and its a roll of the dice. The factory reset is a good option and if after that it does not fix the issue you might format your sd card too. back it up to a pc first btw. That app that you mentioned can be uninstalled by Menu>settings>applications>manage applications. If this just started happening right after installing that app I think you probably found the cause of the problem already.
