having downloaded the 4.3 upgrade a few weeks ago, i was hearing that you should do a factory reset to help it run better. after backing up all my data and media and such i went ahead with the reset.
however now after it has completed, i cannot connect to LTE or 3G or any other network. i have full bars and can make phone calls and receive texts, but i cannot browse the web or use data in any other way.
does anyone know a solution to this problem, i haven't seen anything matching this around

It sounds like you have to enter APN settings.
Check in Settings, More, Wireless And Networks, Access Point Names and see if the settings for your carrier are there :thumbup:

okay your right, i entered that and i have no APNs. where do i find out what to enter?

Theyre carrier dependant so probably their website. Remember to hit Menu, Save after entering them :thumbup:

Here's a thread from XDA that had a list of common APN settings. Bell Mobility is the first listing. (as you listed as your carrier )

I know the problem is solved, but I heard the word "beer".

The easiest way to get your APN settings is call your carrier and ask for them to be sent as an SMS. You usually get two "configuration" messages one for MMS and one for the Internet. Open and save each one. My carrier sends them automatically when I upgrade or flash a new firmware or stick my SIM card in another device, but I have called them to send them to me quite often.
