I've had my HTC One S for a year now & have never really had much bother with it. Definitely nothing major.
But now - for the past week - it is doing my head in. A message keeps popping up every 30 seconds saying "Low storage space" with the explanation under it "There is not enough storage space available to complete this action. Please clear some space and try again" then I can only click ok to make it go away.
Now, obviously I'm not stupid, & I know what this means, however, I've already deleted loads of apps & other things, moved apps & stuff around etc, but this annoying message still pops up, & it does so from every 10 seconds to a minute. Really annoying.
I am not prepared to reset the factory settings unless I am 100% sure I can back up EVERYTHING.
I have important message threads I want to keep, can I do so?
Also all my pictures, apps, music etc.
Is it possible to simply back up absolutely everything on the phone?
Or, is there another way I can rectify this problem?
