hey everyone im in a confusion on micromax a70's camera it says 5 mpix but is it really gives good pics & does it auto-focus? .........like in a60 it was mentioned but it actually does not !
so can you ppl post some full 5 mpix pics & auto-focus skills of a70's camera
pls .... i am thinking to buy it yaar....

U'll hate the camera....not brcause of flash or something but its camera sensors are very poor....I mean to say it won't pass through light while Nokia 2 mp is better indoor wise....used e63 its better than mmx 5mp

I just saw the phone yesterday... But the shopkeeper told me to go for idea blade which is a rebranded zte model.... What should i choose ? Idea blade has better res, ram , screen and mmx a70 has better camera and build quality and better battery..?
Any last minute suggestions?

go for zte blade dude it can be upgraded to cm7 but the mmx a70 sucks beleive me i have used both idea blade rockssss

then what are you waiting for go for zte blade it is far more better ...
it is same as lg p500 just one diffrence it is HDPI that is good and plus official cm7
just one feature missing no front camera ...

my suggestion=ZTE BLADE
why =its getting unofficial ICS port+cm7+512mb ram+AMOLED or LCD capacitive touchscreen+480 x 800 pixels, 3.5 inches (~267 ppi pixel density)

zte blade may not have better camera that is higher in a70 which has 5mp but due to its high pixel density you will get great image quality from its 3.15 MP, 2048x1536 pixels, autofocus
 
Just to clear things up 2048x1536 vs 2592 x 1944....

and yes i know camera quality depends on lots of factors which im not gonna describe.. all i can say is factors like color saturation etc are ALMOST same in sub 10K androids..
Video framerates can be different.. @ 640x480 OP1 can record at 18 fps max , so will dell xcd35..
A70 can do 23 fps , ace can go upto like 25 IN WELL LIT CONDITIONS
Im not trying to be a troll but I just had to say it :P
As for the idea blade, its the same as xcd35 or zte blade
My friend owns a dell xcd35, ive seen it .. its excellent VFM minus its camera and battery life.. Its screen has better pixel density than phones like galaxy s and xperia x10.. (Why ?? Calculate it yourself :P)
But the higher resolution equals need for more CPU power = laggy performance in UI interactions .. (ive seen this in stock 2.2 .. cant say about cm7)
PS: I love the red led on the xcd35 when charging

exactly..especially if the phone has MSM7227 which is actually built for MDPI And LDPI..
but dont get me wrong.. XCD35 is still excellent and i recommend it myself

EDIT : lOL wth is with sunil sir.. lol im in class xi
