i recently got an xperia play and broke it on holidays in the pool, i have gotten it repaired only now the speaker doesnt work at all......u can stick in the ear phones and hear things that way but the phone will make no sound otherwise. the shop said they couldnt source the speaker needed but i refuse to believe it cant be gotten, i just tink they didnt try hard enough or they're suppliers arent up to scratch......does any1 know where i might be able 2 source 1??? any help appreciated. tanks
 
It seems they are right. I can't find anything on here, google, or ebay about fixing a broken speaker. It looks like its part of the board, so you wont be able to just replace the speaker. Do you have insurance on it?
