i bought a samsung admire recently from metro pcs and my screen broke, i bought insurance and i was woundering if i get a new one from the mail if i can keep the old one. i searched all over through google and other sites for days and didnt find anything about it and i went to a store to get it replaced for $10 becuse it was under 30 days of me buying it and they said no its $39 for it to be mailed and $59 for it at the store but its a corrpuret owned store and im really confused. what should i do.

Yeah they don't tell you that you still have to pay at least $10 for a replacement phone and if you want it the same day its $39 (if in stock)
After four months you should drop insurance because $5 a month x4 plus $39= $59 same as price of a new phone. The only way insurance makes sense is if you have an expensive phone like the Connect ($340)
Since you did have insurance they can't charge you more than $10 if you have to wait 3-5 days for it come to the store. Someone is lying to you at that location, I bricked 2 phones in a couple of months (the 2nd one I only had for 24 hours b4 bricking it) All together it cost me $10.81 plus the 2 months insurance. I then dropped my insurance and the $1 a month back up plan since back up service is free on many sites. anyway don't let them screw you around.
