Help [HELP!] Messed up my Citrus (Im screwed)

Watch the video and tell me if you can help me i am using a moto citrus on android 2.1 and yes i can access recovery mode so is there a way to restore it or something? I have tried the factory reset twice and I unrooted then rooted and no avail...

How did you fix your issue? The exact same thing is happening to me, but I can't go into settings or any apps besides browser?

It is the launcher that is failing to open, install any new launcher, like ADW Launcher or Go launcher or even Launcher PRO and it will fix the problem
