Help Help!! Milestone stuck with Code Corrupt Message

Hi,

My milestone was working very slow so I restarted the phone and it got stuck with the following error message

Bootloader 90.73

Code Corrupt

Battery: Ok
OK to program
Transfer Mode:
USB
--------------------------------------

Can anyone please help me and guide me as to what do I need to do to correct this?

Reflash it using RSDLite.

When I try rooting using the information on this link
http://androidforums.com/motorola-milestone/75460-milestone-2-1-update-root-guide.html

RSD Lite says that the rooting has failed with the error message as "Failed Flashing process: Error processing flash file".

It'll be really helpful if you can guide me or provide me some link on how to do this.

The file size was not correct. Downloaded the correct SBF and it's working fine now. Thanks a ton!!!
