help, missing program list...

so my girlfriend used my phone for 2 minutes and now i have problems . . . when i would hit the button to the left to the "phone" button my list of programs would show up. now theres only a list of 3 and at the top it says "all programs". how do i get everything back?
 
If you haven't already, try rebooting the phone. The stock applications can't be removed intentionally, it's hard to believe they could be removed in 2 minutes by accident. My guess is that it's just a display problem, and that a reboot will fix it. And since you didn't mention anything about how all the programs are gone from your home screen - and you didn't say how none of your apps are working anymore, I'd guess that they are still there on your phone.
 
my 1st mistake was letting her use my phone. my 2nd mistake was not trying to reboot the phone before posting here . . . that worked. thanks.
