Help! Missing some app icons.

I was backing up all the apps using astro to sd then deleted some off the phone to increase the internal memory. In the process I deleted google maps then I lost the navigation icon so I can't find it back. Is there any way to get it back? I can't even access the navigation app from anywhere not even the market. It's the one with the blue arrow.

Hmm, just installed launcherpro and it seems to come on that.

I did the same thing somehow. Did you find a way to restore the blue navigation arrow icon?

powered off and powered on phone - it showed up again
