Just re download them to the new phone, or since you are rooted you can use a root file explorer and copy them to your sdcard, put the sd card in the new phone and just re install them.

IF porting to the same rom, you could use titanium backup and restore on the new build.

Even if not you can use the apk files only produced by titanium backup to install on the new phone.

I havent really messes with root file explorer to much. Where do i find them to copy to sdcard?

Root Uninstaller (free) has a "backup" feature. It places just the .apk ( the app ) into a folder on the sdcard.(/sdcard/rootuninstaller) It will do exactly what you want. no copy/paste just one click. (and actually the first time you run it, out automatically backs up your current apps)

But apps are located in /system/app and /data/app
