Help Help moving apps to SD card

So I bought a few games from the playstore but now the phone is saying I'm out of memory even though my SD card has 26 gigs of free space. Is there anyway I can move apps to the SD card. I try to move apps manually and it doesn't give me the option.

I already downloaded it but it won't let me move anything off the phone's memory.

You can always try Link2SD, but you have to partition your SD card to Ext4 file system. Thats how i have mine set up.

Kinda a noob question but can I reparition it from the phone?

I partition my card but the program doesn't give me the option to pick a partition from the card.
