Help Help moving / retrieving pictures

i have a galaxy ace fresh from shop and running gingerbread all i want to do is get all my pics off it and put them on my pc but it is ever so difficult and havent yet managed it can you or anyone please HELP ME?????

Welcome to the AndroidForums, archiekiera1.

You should be able to connect your phone to your PC via the USB cable, bring-up Windows Explorer (if it didn't auto-launch from connecting the USB cable), and copy and paste your files (your pictures should be in the /sdcard/DCIM/Camera folder).

Also, I've moved your post here to the Galaxy Ace forums in case there are tips that others might provide.

yes, scary alien is right, but you would also need ACE drivers to connect to the pc, install the Kies software provided along with the phone in a cd.
