I just bought the esteem about a week ago and when I try play most games they will only play intro then take me back to my home screen or will play very shortly and do the same thing what could be causing this?
also games freeze and I have to restart phone because it won't let me end game.

I love LG list mode in app drawer but hate metros dock icons is there a way to change the dock icons?

I am not rooted.

I don't know what could be causing the problem with your games. Make sure your Adobe Flash Player is up to date.

To alter the icons or anything about your phone's themes try out a different launcher. I think Go Launcher is a pretty good one, easy to learn and has a decent amount of themes.

Go launcher ex is what I'm using but I miss list mode.
I have Adobe flash player 11 I did the update but still same problem.
Is there anyone I can or should contact about this problem

Its probably a refurbished Phone.

No just means the game is too much for the Esteem. IE. Uses too much ram, graphics are too advanced, etc etc etc
