Help my desire is eating up my 3g bandwith !!

THIS morning i tried to email a video from my phone from hotmail to gmail and every half hour or so it keep say there was an error sending it .. well i went out for a few hours and it went onto my 3g and i have used 200 megs in the past 5 hours or because it keeps trying to resend ... how can i stop it from resending !!!
i assume this is the problem ... i am almost over my limit with my data plan and i wanna stop this argh !!!!!

i think i may have figure it out ..

i went into my hotmail outbox
and there was two videos in there trying to send but they kept erroring .. so i deleted them
