Root Help..my dinc has a mind of it's own

I love my dinc and it has been faithful up untill this weekend and then pow. All at once my contacts were gone, it can not read my sd card but says there is data there when I check storage, some of my apps on the phone are not working. When I click on them I get a forced stop error. I am rooted and never upgraded to gingerbread. It is very important that what ever I do that I do not loose my ability to use open garden and not get flagged with verizon's hot spot charges. I used open garden with my ipad. Have you wiped the caches?(dalvik and regular?) And if so, and you're still having issues, you might wanna consider a factory reset and reinstalling your rom. Im mainly an evo user but have a dinc as a toy and am unfamiliar with open garden but I assume that its a wifi tether app. There are other tether apps put there esp on 4shared. You should he fine even if you lose that particular app

Open garden is the tethering app I have found that can tether my ipad.
