Root Help! My Motion's Storage Space Shrunk

I went from 5 GB total space to 355 Mb total space after switching to PG's CM10. I was having an issue where I wasn't getting so signal so I restored to stock with the unbrick guide, then rooted and re-installed it. I tried to fix this by going to stock and then just settle on one of the non-CM roms, but now when I run KDZ I get "fail to read upgrade file.... Please check HDD Disk free size. For Safety upgrade 3GBytes or more free space is required."
 
I wish it was that simple but it's not sadly. I've already run this a few times with my current drive, added nothing else, and it's worked fine. Attached a photo of my phone's storage.

Got it working. You guys were right, I cleared out some more space on my computer and it worked. Didn't realize when I downloaded the D firmware to test with the CM10 it took away some of the needed HDD space. I feel really stupid.

Thanks so much guys. Let's hope when I reboot my storage space is corrected.
 
Regardless of your internal storage it still only flashes the system partition which is completely separate from your internal storage partition. I ran into the same error when I had to unbrick using a virtual machine. Ran fine the first time and then it would not work I had to delete that VM and create a new one with a bigger drive file.

i had that issue once. there were some large thumbnail files in the pictures folders that didn't get erased when you deleted the pictures there and i think they were hidden files if i remember correctly.
 
Guess I got lucky then Keithman2567, the restore just finished and my internal storage space is reading 5.59 GB total again. Thanks for the input though.
 
I had my internal storage run completely out of space after doing an unbrick and then restore my Bella v2 backup. Had to go into my Clockworkmod folder and delete over 4gb of unanswered used space.
