Root HELP! my phone is jacked up!

Okay, so I rooted my phone. and clearly did something stupid. because now it won't boot normally. it does the HTC screen, then HTC Quietly Brilliant, then the T Mobile "Stick Together" pink box screen. but that's where it gets stuck. and then it jumps back to the Quietly Brilliant and then to the stick together. and freezes. what can I do?

Thanks so much! I promise I won't be so annoying now that I'm getting the hang of this. haha. You've been an awesome help! thanks again so much.

GRRRR! No I didn't. haha. I keep getting

ERROR [155]: UNKNOWN ERROR

The ROM Update Utility cannot update your Android phone.
Please get the correct ROM Update Utility and try again.

Now I'm getting a different error

ERROR [140]: BOOTLOADER VERSION ERROR

The ROM Update Utility cannot update your Android Phone.

and it's relocked and I can't get it unlocked. I have no idea what the heck to do with this stupid thing. I had it running on a crappy custom rom last night, guess I should have left it alone.

Okay, I got it back up and running with the stupid custom ROM I had. but it still won't let me boot in recovery. it still does what I mentioned in the post above this one. how can I fix this? because at the moment I can't root the phone again.

Do this:

1. Relock the bootloader

2. Make sure you have the right RUU for your phone.

3. Run procedure 3 of this guide using your RUU.

4. The procedure has you flash boot.img and system.img. Add to that recovery.img.

Well, if you got it running on a custom rom, ignore what I wrote above unless you want to go back to stock.

Edit 2:
Here's an alternate custom recovery for Marvel/A510e:

Thanks SO much! I got everything back to Original ROM and rooted. only issue now is, I can't get the command prompt to force app install to SD card! *sigh* if it's not one thing it's another..

Forget forcing to install apps to the SD card. Install Link2SD. You will never have to worry about installing apps to SD card or low memory
