Root Help.. my phone is stuck in kernel panic

Hello
I have the Samsung Vibrant and I was trying to flash a ROM and my phone stuck on this screen:

I tried everything I can not get to recovery mode or download mode. I tried to connect it to my PC it didn't work. this is the only screen I can get. Is there any way I can solve my problem?

I got download mode now using hard brick method. The problem now is I'm trying to flash the ROM again using Odin3 but the phone is not responding.
Thank you at least I got the download mode for now.. lol

I'm new to android I just needed the ROM to read and write in Arabic. I will search about adb.

I could swear I just read about someone else wanting a ROM to read in Arabic over on D4A. Let me see what I can track down for you.

I already have the arabic ROM and I have tried it before and it worked perfectly. but this time I don't know what happened. I did the same steps and I got the screen I posted before. I tried adb it didn't work because my pc can't recognize the phone!!!
