help, my phone's camera has something wrong

My phone have brought for one year. It was Ali yun os smartphone. These day the camera has something wrong. The camera always turn into black-screen or green-screen. It can't work at all now and can't scan the Two-dimensional code neither. The only way to normally use camera is to unload my TF card.

So you guys smart, what should I do?

So the camera works ok when you remove the TF or SD card? Have you tried another SD or even reformatting it in case it's just the SD that has a problem.

Rest the camera data and cache if it don't work do a factory data reset if still not fixed it is the thumb drive you can send it in for repairs.

Yes removed the TF or SD card, the camera can work. And The memory card is working well.
