Help help! my s2 is dead

hey folks need some advice plz. i got my s2 stock slightly wet as i left it in bathroom when i went for a shower. it worked for about a day then when i woke up next day it was dead tried charging it and nothing just BSOD :mad: so sent for warranty repair and they wouldnt cover it (no surprises there) i have phone back now and was wandering if anyone knows what part will need replaced. is it the pcb with charging connection or what? tried soft and hard reset any help greatly appreciated.

Not sure what you are going to need to replace but in the future if you get a device wet, take the battery out immediately DO NOT TURN IT ON OR ATTEMPT TO TURN IT ON this is what likely fried your device, put the device in a ziploc filled with rice for a week and try turning it on after that. If that fails good luck you likely need a new Motherboard and it is likely going to be $$$$$
 
If you test all parts as working and decipher that, that is the only part malfuntioning and you think you're up tp task than go for it, I'd at least take it somewhere for an estimate on parts and labor. Then decide if I want to do it myself.
 
yeah, will post to authorized repairer on Monday and see where i stand. the first place could or would not tell me what was wrong with the phone. just said it needed refurb at
