Help Help!!! My Sensor Screen Doesn't Work

Hello, i got a samsung fascinate,. but yesterday my phone drop from my bag then after i check my sensor don't work properly, i try to release a battery to shut down, after i turn it on again, my sensor keep doesn't work properly, but when i plug my earplug, it play the music, and i still got email to my phone, should i replace my digitizer or it can be solve without replace my digitizer screen,.. thanks for the solve,,,
